| Park is governed by Florida Statute Chapter 513 and 723 |
| Speed limit is 10 MPH |
| No Subleasing |
| Quiet time is between 7PM and 9AM |
| 2 persons per site |
| No washing or repair of vehicles on site |
| Failure to make payment on due date will result in a late fee |
| 15 day late rent payment subject to eviction |
| Owner reserves the right of approval or disapproval of all renters |
| No clotheslines or pet pens permitted at sites |
| No firearms to be discharged on property |
| No subleasing |
| Owners are not responsible for renters’ personal property |
| No campfires at sites (barbecue grill permitted) |
| No smoking in owners’ rental unit |
| No controlled substances permitted |
| No alcohol abuse permitted. Any violations of these rules means the park will no longer desire to entertain the guest and shall request immediate departure from the park. |
| Only 2 vehicles per site; anything more must be put in the storage area for a fee |
